Actors and actresses, welcome! I know that being photographed is not the most relaxing of experiences (wondering whether your good side is showing, and wondering what the photographer is doing to you), but I believe it can be more relaxing, more like looking in the mirror from an angle that you like, if you can be given a more active part in the process.

To give you that part in the process, we shoot in short sessions of twenty photographs or so. We then import your photos into the computer, and give ourselves an opportunity to look at them together. You get to see the composition and the lighting, your expression, posture, clothing and styling choices, and make whatever changes you see fit. And so you play your part, as the art director of the shoot, as well as the model. We work like this, shooting, reviewing, and shooting again, until we have about 100 photographs.

Together, we then review your photographs, and you discover, after all, that you are photogenic! We then select the best three photographs, and work on them in Photoshop. With too much retouching, you look like someone else (the number one no-no in headshot photography). With just enough, you look like yourself on a perfect-hair and perfect-skin day.
